Jesus' Birthday

Happy Birthday Jesus!

What a great day. Relaxing with the family, no stress.
Eating with friends, no empty belly.

Today was probably one of the most adventurous Christmas' I've had because we set off fire works in the backyeard. One fell down and started shooting at myself and a family friend. I walked away and the fireworks followed in my direction and scared the crap out of me. With intense motherly instincts, my family friend wrapped herself around me to protect me from the fireworks. Nothing happened thankfully, a couple singed leg hairs on her son and black sparks all around where my feet would have been had I not moved.
Exciting and dangerous.
This is why setting of big fireworks, non-professionally, in the US is illegal.
Not where I live though.

After that I went home and danced to Yelle "A cause des garcons" remix (which is really the only song I know by her :/) because I am actually not a big fan of christmas music.
After hearing it for two months, that is.
Merry Christmas.

Merry Christmas to you too! :)

I loved your dress from yesterdays post, btw! I'm glad you had a fun, brightly lit Holiday!

My husband and I were married in August of 2008 so almost a year and a half. It feels like it's been a lot longer (in a good way), but also feels like it's gone quickly!

Thank you! :)
We're getting to that point in our marriage/life where we're ready for that and I'm just getting all excited! Being a stay at home Mom of 4 has always been my dream. :)

What about you? I don't know much about you! What kind of work do you do in the Non-profit industry? Do you have a boyfriend or a hubby?
