Someone's making it rain

Rain Rain Rain. That's what it's been like for about a week almost. It was hot like an oven and now it's wet like a waterpark and not necessarily without the fun either.
I've missed the rain, but mostly I've missed change. I can not deal with stagnant weather.
I must see the seasons change.
We're not very near to the end of summer over here, but we are in a rainy spot.
And I am glad for it. And my plants are glad for it.

Here's the peice I said I was working on. Interestingly enough I've had to explain that this image does not mean I am for communism. That would evidently take a long time to explain so let me make it quick and clear: This is not about a communist, this is about a coal-mine laborer. The communist stars were red and not yellow.

It's not finished, btu since I may run out of oil pastels I just thought I'd put up what I had for now.
