You must stick up for yourself son

I have absolutely fallen in love with Yeasayer. I listen to ambling alp porbably, 10-20 times a day.
I am so enamored with it. And listening to their other songs has also added to my new passion.

Okay, so new stuff? Hmmm. The weather is beautiful to day, thats one thing. Not hot and not cold, but just fantastic and I'd love to have more days like these.

I spent the majority of my day catching up on the sleep I didn't get last nite when I went out with my sister. I usually dont spend much time with her, so it was rather nice. It's also very adorable that she has a valentine! She couldnt be with him, so she spent her time with me, and now we are resting the actual valentines day off.

I did go to the store to buy taco ingredients and there was some sick/crazy person walking around and some medics had to come in and fetch him. That doesnt happen everyday. Also, at my church a new family has come from Haiti and as I was working the daycare they brought in their daughter of three, the conversation went like this:

"Does she speak any spanish?" "No."

"Does she speak any english?" "No, she only speaks french."

"Ohhhhh...."

And from that day care experience I  learned that I have to know atleast two phrases in french to do any good: "Don't hit!" and "Don't eat that!" hahaha. Oh I love children haha. They are full of fun.

I'll probably spend the rest of the day (since I am now well rested) writing or drawing. I found a great picture of my mom and I that I thought would be very nice to leave with her before I move. So I'm going to draw that picture and hope she loves it.
